Daniela Hunt

Daniela Hunt

Senior Public Relations Manager, Goldenvoice

Hunt has gone from attending Coachella as a fan 12 years ago to running press and coordinating interviews backstage for artists like Kaskade. Fresh off two sold-out Chris Lake nights at L.A. State Historic Park, she’s now leading press for Pasadena’s Just Like Heaven (8/22), Dom Dolla at the Cow Palace (10/16), plus the forthcoming return of the Club Darc series at Pier 48 in San Francisco. Hunt has traveled to 30-plus countries and once took flying lessons, with designs on becoming a pilot. We’re the Spirit Airlines of trade journalism.

Jake Wilk

Jake Wilk

Agent, WME

Wilk, after a Vegas weekend taking his parents to the Eagles at Sphere and Billy Joel and Sting at Allegiant Stadium, flew to Bogotá for Linkin Park’s first-ever Colombia headline show (20k fans) then flew home inside 24 hours and was back at his desk the next morning. He’s now steering Avenged Sevenfold’s sold-out arena run across Asia and Australia, Linkin Park’s EU stadium tour and J Balvin x DJ Snake’s inaugural Pardon My Spanish residency at Ushuaïa Ibiza. Wilk is a lifelong Mariners fan and a devoted golfer. We’re taking a mulligan.

Kate Tacca

Kate Tacca

Digital Marketing Manager, Arista Records

Tacca met Buffalo Traffic Jam a week after they graduated college with 4k followers, then scaled “Fool’s Gold” to 130m streams and stood side stage as they opened RedWest for 10k fans. She’s now helping roll out their debut, Pictures of You, on 7/31, steering Ax and the Hatchetmen’s “Hotel Room” from 20k daily streams to 550k and recently pioneered a BUNT. collab that drew 50m views and 50k followers in a week. A classical voice principal at Miami, Tacca won’t be caught anywhere but side stage now. We trained for the stage, then found our calling in the wings.

Charles Augustus III

Charles Augustus III

A&R Research Manager, UnitedMasters

Three weeks into his A&R career, Augustus was in the green room with Ski Mask the Slump God before a Grey Day set at the Brooklyn Mirage, then watched from the stage as 5k fans filled the room—confirmation he wanted to sign artists who could pull people together. Most recently, he delivered La Reezy’s debut, Skiddle Bandana, with All Points East, a co-headlining U.K. run with Samara Cyn and a domestic headline tour ahead. Augustus hits restaurants Bourdain-style, then recreates the dishes at home. We’re the restaurant that never gets a second visit.

Cristina Nadal

Cristina Nadal

VP, Commercial Strategy & Operations, Interscope Capitol Miami

Among her career highs, Nadal counts a February 2024 night watching KAROL G play to more than 80k fans at Mexico’s Estadio Azteca and bring out labelmate Xavi, whose “La Diabla” was topping the charts at the time. This year she helped extend another milestone—KAROL G becoming the first Latin female artist to headline Coachella—through a custom Google search campaign and is now lining up releases and partnerships across a fast-growing roster. Away from the day job, Nadal is a devoted country-music fan. Our go-to genre is Gregorian chant.

Doug Krantz

Doug Krantz

Associate Director, Digital Marketing (Pop/Rock), Warner Records

Krantz has been a Madonna fan since birth—his parents have home video of him at five years old, screaming her name at an impersonator in Walt Disney World—which made working the CONFESSIONS II album campaign a career high, particularly shooting content at her surprise appearances at West Hollywood’s The Abbey and in NYC’s Times Square. He’s now excited to be working on the rollout of Orville Peck’s upcoming album, Mule, arriving 9/18. Krantz once tore his ACL doing a high kick at a concert. We pulled something just reading that.

Samantha Nepsa

Samantha Nepsa

Sr. Analyst, Data & Analytics, Warner Records Nashville

A Cody Johnson fan for a decade before she ever worked in music, Nepsa has had a front-row seat as he racked up 56 RIAA certifications and five Country radio #1s—and she’ll never forget standing among 40k fans at Globe Life Field for his first sold-out stadium show, the whole building screaming “’Til You Can’t.” She now digs into audience demographics and fan behavior to help tailor marketing campaigns and album rollouts across the roster. In 2020, Nepsa donated part of her liver to a stranger. We once donated some promo T-shirts to Goodwill.

Grey Gordon

Grey Gordon

Communications & Digital Marketing Manager, A2IM

Gordon once combed thousands of Flickr and Tumblr photos to help build a Sufjan Stevens music video, shook hands with Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood backstage at the Grand Ole Opry and worked on Ron Pope’s platinum single “A Drop in the Ocean.” Since joining A2IM, she’s enjoyed her first Indie Week and Libera Awards and given the org’s social accounts a rebrand. This Austin-raised fangirl snuck into SXSW shows as a teen, has seen Harry Styles 10+ times and still knows every step of NSYNC’s “Bye Bye Bye.” We’ve been out of sync since 2000.
