Sarah Tully
Senior Manager, Commercial Strategy & Partnerships, Island
For Tully, nothing tops the feeling of stepping into Electric Lady Studios for playbacks—a room so steeped in NYC music history that being there beats anything she dreamed of while growing up. These days she’s shaping commercial strategy and partnerships on campaigns for artists like Medium Build and Wyatt Flores, along with projects like the Off Campus soundtrack. Tully spent her high school and college years working the decks of ferry boats. We’re still waiting for the Dramamine to kick in.
Max Motley
Co-founder, Music Soup Entertainment
Among Motley’s career highs: handing Vincent Mason his gold plaque for “Damned If I Do” following the artist’s late-night debut—a moment Jimmy Fallon promptly photobombed before sticking around to chat. Motley is now rolling out debuts by Waylon Wyatt (7/17) and hey, nothing (8/21) while supporting Mason’s growing run of charting singles. Motley is a racquet-sport omnivore who’ll pick up anything with a handle—tennis, pickleball, racquetball, whatever’s within reach. We’ve been “accidentally” hit with them all.
Alexis Lesko
Agent, UTA
Lesko grew up on Lil Wayne and Kylie Minogue, so milestones like helping stage Wayne’s Tha Carter VI release event—his first MSG show—and working Minogue’s first U.S. arena tour in 14 years still haven’t sunk in. She’s now guiding Cara Delevingne’s music rollout, including a live debut at Primavera Sound, and recently closed The Kid LAROI’s North American tour with a sold-out Greek Theatre stop featuring Off Campus’ Belmont Cameli. Lesko once went on the TODAY show during her competitive-dance days. We had that show on a lot during our competitive-napping days.
Ahmad Davis
Sr. Artist Marketing & Partnerships Manager, UnitedMasters
Davis helped his childhood friend and fellow Virginian Shaboozey link with BigXthaPlug on their Gold-certified “Drink Don’t Need No Mix,” and piloted a custom Porsche Speedster built by Brent Faiyaz to the DMV for a fan activation around Faiyaz’s chart-topping LP, ICON. He recently led marketing for Dess Dior’s Note To Self, sending “Tell Me Now” into TikTok’s U.S. Viral Top 30, and is now supporting XXL Freshman La Reezy’s debut, SKIDDLE BANDANA. Davis claims he’s an avid Spades player. We’d sit down for a hand, but we value our dignity.
Andjelina Belcastro
Director, D2C Partnerships, RCA
In just a year and a half at RCA, Belcastro has led the physical-product side of three #1 album campaigns for Tate McRae, Sleep Token and A$AP Rocky, and drew on her fashion and e-commerce background to launch the RCA label store, selling branded merch and music for the entire roster. She’s now bringing The Strokes’ first album in six years to market, sweating the physical package as release week looms. Belcastro also hosts a monthly online show on Orange Radio, keeping her DJ skills sharp. We were online too, until the dog ate our modem.
Andy Flick
Sr. Director, Syndication & Market Strategy, Warner Records Nashville
Flick, over a 30-plus-year run at Columbia, RCA and Warner, has worked with legends like Bob Dylan, Bruce Springsteen and Aerosmith. But nothing lights him up like artist development. At WRN, he’s seen Avery Anna become an ACM New Female Artist of the Year winner, with her single “Blood Runs Thicker” heading to radio this summer as the next step. A lifelong Buckeye who graduated from Ohio State and started his career there, Flick also holds a grad degree from West Virginia and cheers for the Mountaineers too. Our vocational school’s mascot was a paper clip.
Cecilia Yao
Global Music Agent, WME
In 2023, Fujii Kaze had never toured outside Asia; three years later, Yao has helped take him to Coachella, Lollapalooza, Roskilde and more—including a headlining Greek Theatre show that drew 260k fans to the digital queue. She’s now steering Ado’s return to the global stage while building rising acts like Devon Gabriella, garbagebarbie, Jude York, Laurel and PawPaw Rod. A Juilliard-trained violinist, Yao won an invitation to Austria’s Salzburg Festival, then put down the violin and enrolled at Harvard instead. We’ve never been good enough at anything to quit.
Tommy Stalknecht
Founder & CEO, Single
When Travis Scott’s Pyramid of Giza show collapsed days out, Stalknecht’s team built a ticketed livestream for his show at Rome’s Circus Maximus in 72 hours, ultimately helping sell 500k albums during that cycle. He’s since brought native streaming to Shopify through Single, letting fans buy a record and play it instantly on an artist’s own site, and is rolling out fan clubs for My Morning Jacket, Molly Tuttle and Black Veil Brides. Stalknecht recently bought a full camping kit for spontaneous trips. We think of ourselves as “indoorsy.”
