Nicole Rich

Nicole Rich

Head of Streaming, Big Loud Rock

After working on Dexter and The Moonrocks for three years, Rich is watching the payoff: “Freakin’ Out” has garnered more than 100m streams in two months and remains parked on Spotify’s Today’s Top Hits. She’s also celebrating In Color’s first Top 10 at Alternative with “Headlights,” May signings TALK, MOD SUN and Hendrix Frankenreiter, as well as scheming up some elephant-sized surprises for July. At the tender age of 13, Rich ran Chicago’s biggest Justin Bieber fan Twitter account, making her invitation to his recent secret Roxy show feel especially well-earned. When will he play a venue we’re not banned from?

Gabe Simon

Gabe Simon

Founder/Producer/Songwriter, Abide by the Vibe

Simon can’t get over watching his Abide by the Vibe crew rise together—the family that built Noah Kahan’s The Great Divide while dirt biking and getting matching bug tattoos as it hit #1. Next up: Suki Waterhouse’s glam-rock record, Myles Smith’s album (featuring lead single “Hold Me in the Dark”), Koe Wetzel’s upcoming The Night Champion and recent Abide signee Nikki Lane. After hours, he’s a sci-fi diehard who gifted Dungeon Crawler Carl to the Kahan team. We’ve been called Princess Donut, but for all the wrong reasons.

Cassidy Carson

Cassidy Carson

Manager, Digital Marketing, RCA Records

Carson led digital strategy for Tyler Childers’ Snipe Hunter, which culminated in the artist’s first Grammy win (Best Country Song for “Bitin’ List”). She also helped steer Doja Cat’s Vie and LISA’s solo debut, Alter Ego, which led to her first Coachella appearance. She’s now focused on building the runway for The Red Clay Strays’ Grateful, due June 5—from booking live choirs to tease the single to a larger-than-life Stagecoach set. Back when she interned at Columbia, Carson built the AR filter for Harry Styles’ Harry’s House. Our internship mostly involved screwing up lunch orders.

Kojo Osei

Kojo Osei

Sr. Director, Digital Marketing, Interscope

10 years ago, as an intern at 300 Ent., Osei experienced the rollout of Migos’ Culture firsthand—working the door at the release party, then watching Quavo FaceTime the office when “Bad & Boujee” hit #1. At Interscope, he’s worked in Playboi Carti’s Opium label with Ken Carson, Destroy Lonely and HXG—recently touring Europe with Carson and driving 30m+ views on social media. He’s also enjoyed working on Rema’s Grammy-nominated HEIS and Amaarae’s Fountain Baby and Black Star. He’s currently studying to become a sommelier. We have yet to successfully remove a cork.

Kei Henderson

Kei Henderson

Founder & CEO/Dir. of Creative Strategy, Third and Hayden

For Henderson, the ride from the Phoenix airport to the studio with DJ Dahi while making 21 Savage’s i am > i was remains a career-defining moment, meeting a longtime inspiration who lived up to the work and then some. Now Third and Hayden is expanding into distribution with a model built on genuine artist development, prioritizing the human behind the music rather than just the songs. A former church drummer, Henderson fronted a 9th-grade rap group with her friend Latoya. We had a chess club with our imaginary friend Albert.

Andrew Morgan

Andrew Morgan

Agent, THE·TEAM

For Morgan, true career validation arrives the moment a promoter hands him his own parking spot at the venue—nothing quite compares. His THE·TEAM roster—which includes Wednesday, MJ Lenderman, Angel Olsen and Mei Semones—has him planning headline tours well in to 2027 (lots of 6th and 7th holds), but he’s keeping mum for his managers’ sake. Off the clock, Morgan’s a devout Jeopardy viewer who feels brilliant from the couch alongside his wife (a Jeopardy alum herself) but consistently bombs the at-home contestant test. You already know how badly we whiffed the Daily Double.

Alana Lopez

Alana Lopez

Coordinator, Touring & Logistics, Culture Wave LA

Among other career highlights, Lopez shot Polyphia and Steve Vai on Downtown L.A. rooftops, coordinated Bad Omens’ leap from 2000-cap clubs to sold-out arenas and helped land Spiritbox’s 2026 Grammys performance (all in heels). At Culture Wave, she’s prepping Spiritbox’s Tsunami Sea U.K./EU Tour—the band’s first arena headliners—alongside Loathe’s Australian headline debut and touring projects from Kittie, Thousand Below and Neck Deep. Lopez sees only a black void when asked to picture something. That’s what we see when asked to picture our career.

Matt Popper

Matt Popper

Agent, UTA

Popper fondly recalls Indo Warehouse’s debut India tour—watching a New York project connect globally as they played to a crowd of 7k in Mumbai. He’s on a tear with his UTA roster, building Rafael’s global stardom and Cheetah Print brand, leading the LATAM electronic division with acts like Adam Sellouk and Tripolism, cracking Kasablanca’s festival run (Cercle Festival, Gurtenfestival, Electric Castle) and introducing Marcel Dettmann to a younger audience. A former lawyer, Popper has also saved a life with the Heimlich. We tried that once and totally choked.
