Sacha Mattey
Business Partnerships Lead, Darkroom Records
Mattey had a pinch-me moment standing onstage at the Do LaB at Coachella in 2024 as Billie Eilish teased unreleased tracks from her new album—one of those surreal reminders that this is actually his job. A Wharton grad, he’s now building out a developmental label underneath Darkroom, helping shape the next wave of electronic talent with a focus on rising dance acts like Julian Fijma and Riordan. Off the clock, Mattey takes his coffee seriously—he’s never once burned the bean. Our coffee skills peak at pressing a Keurig button.
Maggie Ortiz
Lead, Artist Partnerships (U.S. Latin), Spotify
Ortiz will never forget watching Japanese fans sing every word of Bad Bunny’s set in Spanish during his first-ever performance in Asia—part of Spotify’s Billions Club Live series in Tokyo. She helped bring that show to life and on-platform, while also working on Shakira’s anniversary special celebrating 30 years of Pies Descalzos. Now she’s planning Spotify’s 2026 U.S. Latin tentpole moments, including the Latin Grammys. A trained dancer since childhood, Ortiz was the youngest milonguera on the East Coast at 18. We’re a lifelong wallflower.
Parker Bergen
Director, Business Development and A&R Research, Virgin Music Group
As a longtime BROCKHAMPTON fan, Bergen had a full-circle moment watching Kevin Abstract’s Blush come to life—from a first meeting with 15-plus collaborators to the album’s June 2025 rollout to his Flog Gnaw set in November—with a new album campaign on deck for later this year. Recently, he’s proud to have helped bring in new partnerships with Suede Records, Mom+Pop, Joji, Kings of Leon, Lukas Graham, The Format and more. Bergen caught Oasis six times on the band’s Live ’25 reunion tour. We listened to “Wonderwall” six times and called it a day.
Delaine Halpin
Sr. Marketing Manager, Big Loud Rock
Halpin is grateful to have presented HARDY with his first Rock radio #1 plaque for “JACK” at a sold-out SoFi Stadium while he was supporting Morgan Wallen, and to have seen Liam St. John make his Grand Ole Opry debut during the campaign for Man of the North. She just wrapped three events at SXSW, including a showcase at Stubb’s with eight acts spanning the Big Loud ecosystem, and is project-managing five new artist launches between April and July. Early in her career, Halpin pet-sat for clients—including an indoor-trained pig. We’re kept on a tight leash.
Tony Corey
SVP, Global Marketing, Warner Music Group
Corey has helped turn developing acts into global forces, working on campaigns for the likes of SOMBR, Alex Warren, Teddy Swims, Benson Boone and PinkPantheress that have delivered billions of streams, sold-out tours and Grammy nominations. More recently, he’s been focused on Bruno Mars’ smash album, The Romantic, Kehlani’s self-titled LP (out April 24) and the worldwide push on Bella Kay’s “iloveitiloveitiloveit.” Corey is an only child—and likes getting his way. We, too, like getting our way. We just never do.
Diana Sanders
General Counsel & Head of Business Affairs, Prescription Songs & Amigo Records
Sanders calls her gig a daily honor—working a catalog that soundtracked her childhood while discovering music shaping the next gen. She’ll never forget her first Grammys in 2022, showing up two weeks postpartum. At RX, she recently signed EJAE, who’s had a record-breaking year with KPop Demon Hunters, and Gino the Ghost, fresh off a strong Grammy run. On the Amigoside, she’s been bringing Ethel Cain physicals to fans. Her five-year-old son, Alec Van, debuted at Carnegie Hall last year as its youngest-ever pianist. We’re still working on “Hot Cross Buns.”
Jason Mageau
Artist Manager and Co-founder, Culture Wave
Mageau’s wildest career moment? Watching client Courtney LaPlante join Megan Thee Stallion onstage during her headline Coachella set for their collab “TYG”—then hopping a private jet to Philly so Spiritbox could continue its headline tour the next day. The band just announced a mostly arena U.K./EU run for fall 2026 that’s already off to a strong sell-through, while he’s also mapping out global plans for Loathe ahead of a new album. Mageau admits he can’t touch his toes. Our flexibility peaks at reclining an office chair.
Laura Ziabko
Manager, Cultiv8
Ziabko’s client Michael Taylor co-wrote and co-produced Bad Omens’ recent hits “Specter” and “Dying to Love”—both Active Rock chart-toppers—and just helped land him a publishing deal with Rani Hancock and Melissa Emert-Hutner at Kobalt. Meanwhile, clients VOILÀ, who gifted her an RIAA gold record for “Figure You Out,” sold out their first headline world tour in 2025, with an epic U.S. run this fall via THE•TEAM. Before music, Ziabko worked in fashion. Our denim phase never led anywhere remotely glamorous.
