Yasi Agahnia

Yasi Agahnia

Director, Corporate & Special Events, THE·TEAM

Agahnia has booked some wild rooms in the private events space—from Sofi Tukker and Kid Cudi on a three-day, artist-packed lineup in Cancún to Kali Uchis performing at the Kayali perfume launch. At THE·TEAM, she’s now steering the agency’s corporate and special events division, helping land acts on even bigger stages—including Tyla at the Formula 1 Saudi Arabia Grand Prix on 4/18. A San Diego native, Agahnia was a competitive figure skater for 14 years. We could never figure out how to lace our skates.

Adrian Urgelles

Adrian Urgelles

Founder/CEO, AUL Worldwide; Talent Buyer, La Familia Presenta

Urgelles has co-booked the lineups for some of the biggest Latin music festivals in the world since 2018—Baja Beach, Sueños and Coca-Cola Flow Fest gather more than 250,000 fans year after year—and calls the work a true privilege. Now, he’s expanding AUL’s footprint with two new physical locations in Mexico and Colombia, the project he’s most excited about right now. When he’s not glued to his phone, Urgelles is probably on the padel court. We don’t even know what that is.

Audrey Hughes

Audrey Hughes

Senior Director, Operations, East West Records

Hughes is proud to have helped relaunch East West Records in the U.S. under Eric Wong, building stateside stories for international artists like Aya Nakamura, Karan Aujla and TWICE ahead of their biggest global moments. She’s currently cultivating U.S. support for Angélique Kidjo’s album HOPE!!, Jade LeMac’s summer supporting Hilary Duff on tour and Kita Alexander’s album Rage. Her trivia team once won so many times that the scorebook mysteriously vanished. We were mysteriously asked to leave the bar.

Tony Girakhoo

Tony Girakhoo

VP, Label & Artist Relations, Vydia

Girakhoo dropped out of college to intern for 50 Cent and G-Unit Records, parlaying it into a seven-year run as Head of A&R—and watched 50 close his Final Lap Tour with 2x platinum “I’m the Man,” their last collaboration. At Vydia, he’s signed Afrobeats star Zinoleesky and 5x Grammy-nominated Kenyon Dixon, closed deals with Mass Appeal India and French Montana’s Coke Boys and landed a deal with RedOne’s 2101 Records including Real Madrid’s official anthem. He claims to be the best soccer player ever to work in music. We excel in own goals.

David Corso

David Corso

Founder/CEO, Corso Marketing Group

Corso and team helped produce Beyoncé’s Coachella Homecoming—pulling together Grambling’s marching band and building her dream pop-up on the polo fields in three weeks. This year at Coachella, he’s producing Heineken House, Red Bull Mirage with a Nobu inside, GAP’s House of Hoodies and Dorsia and HBO’s Euphoria premiere in the campgrounds, plus nine nights of post-fest sets from David Guetta, Diplo, Marshmello and more. 25 years ago, Corso sneaked six friends into that same fest in the trunk of his car. We signed up for something like this once, but they forgot to let us out.

Paulina Vo

Paulina Vo

Co-founder, The Digilogue and Highnote

Vo has spent over a decade building community in the music industry, producing events and programming for a global network of 100k+ members. She’s now celebrating The Digilogue’s 10th anniversary with year-round programming, which included a SXSW panel and showcase, scaling Highnote with backing from Dropbox and launching Soda Chanh Music House to support Vietnamese artists in the global market. Her love of music started with LaserDisc karaoke, belting along to Lynda Trang Đài. Is that available on BetaMax?

Adam “ASH” Harrison

Adam “ASH” Harrison

Manager, Full Stop Management; Founder, Third Brother Records

Among other career highs, ASH has booked the Super Bowl with Big Boi and Maroon 5, helped Outkast make their Rock Hall debut and launched Third Brother Records via 10K. The label opens with early Fitz and the Tantrums and the debut EP from his favorite band, Easy Honey, arriving 4/30. He’s also fueling Chromeo’s Fancy Footwork revival—six sold-out shows and counting—and says Big Boi’s next release will be a masterpiece. ASH juggles four clients, three sons, two jobs and somehow hasn’t misplaced his sanity. All we have is a goldfish, but we’re bonkers.

Rami Malla

Rami Malla

Director, International Marketing, EMPIRE

Malla once managed Ed Sheeran’s press schedule during a Dubai promo run and ended up eating shawarma with him between interviews—and years earlier helped bring Shakira to Beirut, where a Lebanese flag he tossed onstage was picked up and waved to the crowd. Now at EMPIRE, he’s focused on Sweden’s BIJI, who blends Kurdish culture with electronic and pop production, and the U.K.’s YAZ, whom he’s convinced is the next big pop star. His secret talent is singing, though his only regular audience is his dog. Our goldfish has requested that we keep it down.
