MIRIAM PEACOCK
DIRECTOR OF LABEL SERVICES & ARTIST DEVELOPMENT, RANGE MUSIC & AMERICAN DOGWOOD
From sneaking backstage at a NGHTMRE x SLANDER show to landing her first internship to helping grow People R Ugly from 5k to 500k monthly listeners after helping launch their debut album, GARAGE, Peacock’s come a long way. She recently worked on Shaboozey’s Thursday Night Football spot with Amazon and now leads artist development for his American Dogwood label with EMPIRE. Its first single, Kevin Powers’ “Move On” f/Shaboozey, cracked Spotify’s Viral 50 USA. She once got detention trying to win Hannah Montana tickets. We get demerits for every entry we write.
ALEX BARANELLO
AGENT, UTA
Baranello will never forget the night Travis Scott lit up MetLife Stadium—with 60,000 fans having the time of their lives as he stood in the crowd enjoying one of those “I can’t believe this is my job” moments. The UTA agent is proud to have recently signed Don Toliver and Chase B, both at major turning points in their careers, and is currently helping shape their touring and brand strategies for 2026 and beyond. Baranello says he’s classically trained singer. Our musical talents are limited to the triangle, and we can’t even get that right.
KAELA ISMAEL
TOUR MARKETING DIRECTOR, WASSERMAN MUSIC
From helping launch RAYE’s first North American headline tour to watching her win six BRITs, hit 1b streams on “Escapism.” and play the Grammys, Ismael has witnessed her rise firsthand. She recently saw Disco Lines sell out Gallagher Square in S.D. and Under the K in NYC, and is excited about sold-out runs for 2hollis, KATSEYE and MJ Lenderman. Her wide-ranging slate of projects also includes Lake Street Dive, Natasha Bedingfield, Tyla and Glass Beams. Ismael brings baked goods to every function—we just bring the “baked.”
GRAHAM WOLFF
PROJECT MANAGER, ONERPM
Wolff helped drive Rick Ross’s Richer Than I Ever Been campaign—literally—launching the “Rozay Money Trucks” custom-wrapped armored vehicles that rolled out nationwide. He also helped broker the partnership between Jauz and the Golden State Warriors, resulting in a reimagined halftime anthem, “Don’t Lose Your Head.” More recently, Wolff steered campaigns for Ray Volpe’s debut, FOREVER, VOLPETRON, and new music from CHIKA. Oh, and he’s a Guinness World Record holder. We hold the record for most lame jokes in a Noisemakers piece.
ANGIE DEMEDEIROS
SR. MANAGER, LABEL PARTNERSHIPS, VIRGIN MUSIC GROUP
Whether she’s surprising Zeds Dead with the duo’s first billion-stream plaque or raving on a boat during their sunset set by the Statue of Liberty, DeMedeiros knows how to make a moment count. She’s handed Glass Animals and Morgan Wallen their first Canadian gold plaques and seen Deadbeats’ hot dog–eating contest firsthand. Lately, she’s been behind Rezz’s As the Pendulum Swings and Zeds Dead’s Return to the Spectrum of Intergalactic Happiness, which landed on Spotify’s U.S. Top Album Debut chart. Off-duty, she enjoys golf—were stuck in a proverbial sand trap.
DA'SHAWN VINSON
SR. MANAGER, SONY MUSIC PUBLISHING
Since signing Ken Carson two years ago, Vinson is beyond proud to have seen the artist earn a #1 album for More Chaos—a career highlight that still feels unreal. He’s working with Rob49 on new music while also collaborating alongside SMP A&R Ari Gelaw with SMP writers Boston Richey and Coupe and developing new talent including Tommy Richman and ISO producers Mannyvelli, Heem, Jonah Roy and Spizz. Off the clock, Vinson flexes a different kind of skill—he claims he’s the best 2K player in the industry. We always shoot airballs.
TAMAR DAYANIM
SR. DIRECTOR, COMMERCIAL MARKETING, ADA
Dayanim’s career highlights include helping artists reclaim their narratives—like Paris Hilton with Infinsite Icon, her first album in 18 years, and Kesha with her independent release (which is pronounced “period”). More recently, she led U.S. commercial strategy for BANKS’ Off With Her Head as well as breakout international acts like Yves, whose “DIM” was a #1 trending song on TikTok, and Africa’s Blaqbonez. Early in her career, she gave tours of the Capitol and once got her group lost in the corridors. We get lost in our own inboxes.
PARKER AIMERS
COO, PALM TREE CREW ARTIST MANAGEMENT
For Aimers, standing in the rain at Ultra Miami as Gryffin played to thousands was one of those “this is why we do it” moments. He’s now helping steer artists like Kygo—who just wrapped a 50-plus-stop world tour—Sofi Tukker, Xandra, Sam Feldt, Frank Walker, Forester, Petey Martin and Gryffin—whose recent collabs with Kaskade, Excision and GRiZ capped a massive year of headline shows and festivals. Though he left his club DJ dreams behind, they resurfaced with an impromptu 2000s hip-hop set in Ushuaïa Ibiza’s green room. We only scratch our butts.
