Evan Honor
VP, Commercial Partnerships, Columbia Records
Honor started as a coordinator at Columbia and worked his way up, racking up surreal moments along the way: helping bring Harry’s House to life for fans with Apple and Spotify, working an LCD Soundsystem project right after they signed and even scoring a cheek kiss from Céline Dion. These days, he’s been focused on JENNIE’s recent debut solo album, Central Cee’s Top 10 debut set and new HAIM, as well as Miley Cyrus’ upcoming Something Beautiful (5/30). Off the clock, he’s dreaming of hosting Omakase nights. We’re still trying to get these chopsticks open.
Bree Shepherd
CEO/founder, MADHOUSE PROJECTS
Shepherd’s journey with Nessa Barrett began when she had just 3m TikTok followers, and now, with 36m on all platforms (and 2b+ streams), Nessa’s hit major milestones like performing with Lana Del Rey at Hangout Fest and selling 83k+ tickets on her first tour. Now, Shepherd’s focused on Nessa’s first global trek, following the success of AFTERCARE and viral singles like “PORNSTAR” and “PINS AND NEEDLES,” as well as CIL’s second EP, exec-produced by Evan Blair and due this summer. This former film minor still shoots with her camcorder. We accidentally taped over a wedding video.
Brad Nolde
Talent Executive, Music Booking (Live Events), Spotify
Nolde’s been serenaded by Robyn on his birthday in Stockholm, curated Gwen Stefani’s setlist for an International Women’s Day event and staged live performances by Kendrick Lamar, Post Malone, Dua Lipa and Foo Fighters at Spotify Beach in Cannes. He also organized a surprise Tom Petty tribute at ACL with skydivers trailing sparks to “Free Fallin’.” Having booked blink-182, Megan Thee Stallion and DJ Pee .Wee for a Super Bowl event, he’s prepping for more projects this summer. He once hit a 7-10 split despite not being a pro bowler. We hold a regional record for gutter balls.
Gavin Ryan
VP, Marketing, Atlantic Records
Ryan’s career is full of memorable moments, from spending 10+ hours at Citi Field during Timmy Trumpet’s “Narco” performance to being featured in the NYT for DJ’ing Brooklyn’s first Shrek Rave. Now, he’s focused on Skrillex’s FUCK U SKRILLEX YOU THINK UR ANDY WARHOL BUT UR NOT!! <3, which hit 60m+ streams in its first week, and Deafheaven’s LONELY PEOPLE WITH POWER. Ryan volunteers as a snowboard instructor for Windham’s Adaptive Sports Foundation, helping those with disabilities enjoy snow sports. We get frostbite from the air conditioner.
Danielle Nicholson
Director, Digital Marketing, Capitol Music Group
Fans can thank Nicholson for Issa Rae’s first live music performance, a duet with Doechii. She’s also shot content at Will Smith’s house with Doechii and Tatyana Ali and led the digital marketing for Doechii’s Alligator Bites Never Heal, which made her the third woman to win Best Rap Album at the Grammys. Currently, she’s focused on continuing to build Doechii’s “Anxiety” and working on new music from Rylo Rodriguez, Masego and Quavo. She was once a seat filler at The Roast of Shaq and ended up in a Heineken commercial. We woke up with a can of Old Milwaukee stuck to our face.
Christian Edusada
Director, Digital Marketing, RCA Records
Edusada loves crafting fan experiences, from Sleep Token’s digital puzzles and campaigns (17.6m first-week streams on “Emergence,” U.S. tour sold out in days) to Isabel LaRosa’s hometown diner show via TikTok’s Elevate program. Now, he’s expanding Sleep Token’s universe ahead of their 5/9 album and shaping LaRosa’s narrative before her 4/18 debut. At 12, Edusada emailed Sprite about mixing it with Capri Sun—months later, Sprite Remix dropped. We’re still waiting to hear back from Kool-Aid about our “Clamato Sunset” concept.
Zach Karsch
Senior A&R Manager, Pulse Music Group
Karsch grew up blasting tracks produced by C Gutta—now he’s A&Ring the hitmaker, helping land cuts with BigXthaPlug, Karlae/Coi Leray and 21 Lil Harold. In addition to Hollywood Cole working on Jack Harlow’s next album and Dos Dias exec producing Summer Walker’s, Karsch is hyped on his roster, from heavyweight producers like Mario Luciano, Scum and Super Miles to rising writers Josef Lamercier and LaVoyce. When he’s not stacking placements, he can flex his childhood cameo in a Jeezy video. We didn’t even make the blooper reel.
Susannah Karron
General Manager, Park Avenue Artists
Karron once helped produce a sold-out symphonic concert at the Dolby Theatre for the 10-year anniversary of Zedd’s Clarity—complete with a full orchestra and Zedd himself on piano. Now, she’s looking after Alissia, who was recently nominated for Producer of the Year at the 2025 Grammys, as well as assisting in the production of concerts like The Voice of Whitney—a symphonic Whitney Houston experience—plus more yet-to-be announced shows with some legendary estates. Karron was once a competitive platform diver. We have to wear water wings in the shallow end.
