Jamie "Suds" Sudhalter
Head of A&R, The Core Entertainment
Sudhalter once had the surreal experience of meeting Sir Paul McCartney—who humbly introduced himself as "his wife’s husband." As Head of A&R at The Core, she helps shape the creative vision of the artist management, publishing and label divisions, and is currently launching Just Jayne and Deltona from the ground up. She’s also working on a new Bailey Zimmerman album, a deluxe Nate Smith release and fresh music from Josh Ross, Hannah McFarland, Anna Graves and Brandon Wisham. Sudhalter was born at 11:11 AM. That’s about when we hit the snooze button for the eleventh time.
Mike Giangreco
VP of A&R, Big Loud
Giangreco went from sitting in on Morgan Wallen’s If I Know Me sessions in his first weeks on the job to recently being back in the room for I’m the Problem, reflecting on how far things had come. He’s been instrumental in Big Loud’s booming publishing arm, with Wallen, ERNEST, John Byron and Rocky Block all set to receive CMA Triple Plays this year, while also helping elevate acts like Ashley Cooke, Jacob Durrett and more. Next up? Wallen’s album and ERNEST’s latest projects. Giangreco’s a die-hard Arsenal F.C. fan. He’d probably like to give us a penalty kick.
Claire Heinichen
Editor, Country Music, Spotify
Heinichen checked off two career bucket-list goals when Keith Urban thanked her in a CMA Awards speech in 2018 and when she saw her name in print for her work in country music in 2024—both dreams she set in college. As Spotify’s Editor for Country Music, she’s expanding the homegrown playlist and gearing up for the 10th anniversary of Hot Country in 2025. Heinichen claims she puts up her Christmas tree in October and leaves it up until April. We get it—we had eggnog for breakfast.
Brandon Campbell
Director of Creative Services, Warner Music Nashville
Among other career highlights, Campbell’s orchestrated a Jamey Johnson shoot on an active airport tarmac and used AI to bring Johnson’s younger self to set. He’s also had the surreal experience of watching Cole Swindell play Bridgestone Arena while waving at him during nearly every song. Now, he’s writing treatments non-stop and stepping into the director’s chair to bring Warner’s rising stars’ visions to life. Campbell loves baking but is his own worst critic. We just eat the dough and skip right to the self-loathing.
Allison Snyder
Creative Director of Video/Content Development, Sony Music Nashville
Snyder served as creative director of short-form content for Graham Barham’s “Oil Money,” which saw so much viral action that headlines mistook the Sydney Thomas collab for an official music video—helping it to rack up 16.6m TikTok views, 14.3m on Instagram and 10m+ streams. She’s also had surreal moments, like casually discussing IP infringement with Travis Barker. Up next, she’s teaming with Area 54’s Jordan Grace to choreograph a club country-style dance for Barham’s “Camo” video, featuring Tribe Kelley’s “Mossy Oak” line. She once won a bike on Slime Time Live. That was almost what we called our website.
Anthony Martini
Co-founder, Gravel Road
Martini’s seen it all—from Tyga performing for a Saudi prince to introducing Jelly Roll to Uber. Now, he’s pushing mental-health awareness in music with Compton Cowboys, including an equine therapy activation at Stagecoach. Up next: Willie Jones’ Opry debut and CMA Fest slot as “Silverado” gains traction, Travis Bolt’s “Never Tried Cocaine” pulling 100k+ daily streams ahead of his East Texas Elegy EP and Lakeview’s 170m-stream self-titled debut before touring with Staind and Breaking Benjamin. His go-to karaoke song? “I Want It That Way.” Ours is… what do you mean, the bar’s closing?
Jeanette Porcello
Director, A&R, Downtown Artist & Label Services
Porcello was proud to see Downtown’s Colbie Caillat, Abbey Cone and Fancy Hagood unite at U.K.’s C2C Fest, a reminder of Nashville’s global reach. Now, she’s busy with projects from Mat Kearney (2/21) and Cone (4/11), collaborating on creative with MC4D and Matt Hansen, and championing talent like Lila Dupont and Liv Romano. Beyond Downtown, she runs Dog Ear Management, where her clients Collin Pastore and Jake Finch have credits on Lucy Dacus’ Forever Is a Feeling. Porcello once played trombone onstage with Trombone Shorty. In related news, we’ve been called blowhards.
Jess Tomlins
Project Manager & Day-to-Day Artist Manager, Neon Coast
Tomlins had a full-circle moment when she traveled back to her native Australia for Kane Brown’s tour, including a sold-out show at Brisbane Entertainment Centre, the same venue she visited as a fan. She’s been a part of six of Kane’s 12 #1 singles and helped him earn RIAA Diamond certification for “Heaven.” Recently, she helped bring Kat Luna’s bilingual EP That Girl (3/7) to life and celebrated Luna’s Opry debut on 2/22. Tomlins previously worked as an Australian entertainment lawyer and can still drop legal jargon. Us too: We hear “cease and desist” a lot.
