Jack LeVine

Jack LeVine

Senior Manager, Marketing, Primary Wave

LeVine’s marketing playbook spans golf tournaments with hip-hop stars to chart-topping duets. In 2024, he helped launch a Bing Crosby-Adidas-Malbon Golf capsule at the “Crosby Clambake” in Monterey, sharing the course with ScHoolboy Q and Josh Allen. He also spearheaded the Crosby estate’s collab with Geffen and HYBE, turning “White Christmas” into a viral moment with BTS’s V—racking up 70m+ streams and doubling Crosby’s social media following. This year, he’s balancing big campaigns with big life moments: an MBA from NYU Stern and his wedding. Our invitation was probably lost in the mail.

Andrea Galicia

Andrea Galicia

Sr. Director, Commerce & Streaming Partnerships, EMPIRE

Galicia got her start at Universal Music Latin, where she helped make history when Luis Fonsi & Daddy Yankee’s “Despacito” and J Balvin’s “Mi Gente” became the first two Latin songs to top Spotify’s Global chart. Now expanding EMPIRE’s presence in LATAM, Galicia is excited to be working on new music from Zhamira Zambrano, Jay Wheeler and Immasoul while developing a roster of Regional Mexican artists. Raised between El Paso and Juárez, she’s always lived between cultures.

Andre Benz

Andre Benz

CEO/founder, broke records

Benz got an early taste of the industry’s upper echelon when, at 19, he found himself at a meeting at Jimmy Iovine’s house—though what stuck with him most was the Olympic-sized pool. Now at the helm of broke records, he’s working with rising talents like Sevdaliza, Ndotz, Stepz, Millkzy and sosocamo—names you’ll be hearing a lot more from soon. He also speaks six languages. We struggle with just the one.

Claire Russo

Claire Russo

Manager, Digital Marketing, Warner Music Nashville

From filming TikToks with Ingrid Andress to orchestrating a data-driven push for Blake Shelton’s “Some Beach” anniversary, Russo’s had plenty of pinch-me moments. She played a key role in Dasha’s signing at Warner and led digital efforts for Braxton Keith’s Blue, driving nearly 60m streams and major social growth. With big wins in 2024—like Tyler Braden’s “Devil You Know” campaign—she’s gearing up for an even bigger 2025, working with The Castellows, Adrien Nunez, Bailey Zimmerman and more. Russo drove a Chevy Avalanche in high school. We borrowed a Schwinn.

Angelo Torres

Angelo Torres

CEO/founder, The Wave Music Group and Top Floor Talent

Torres’ career has been full of surreal moments—from working with Marc Anthony and Jennifer Lopez on his first day at Magnus to selling out two shows at Puerto Rico’s Choliseo with Álvaro Díaz. He watched Young Miko, The Wave Music Group’s first signee, earn recognition for her impact on the industry while sitting alongside his business partners, a proud milestone. Now, he’s growing The Wave Music Group and Top Floor Talent while touring the world with Díaz. This lifelong anime fan avoids the ocean because of sharks. We avoid answering the door for the same reason.

Summer Wiebe

Summer Wiebe

Artist Manager/Co-founder, Circle of 5ths

Wiebe cherishes her stint on Justin Bieber’s 2022 Justice Tour, where ¿Téo? opened on 40+ shows in three countries. Now, she’s spearheading the launch of Co5’s label division and arranging global creative sessions, like a 2025 international songwriting camp. She also recently collaborated with Rolling Loud on their 10-year anniversary album, sparked by a massive creative camp at the Co5 studio compound in Santa Monica. Wiebe barrel-raced horses as a kid. Now she’s saddled with us.

Felando "Lando Bando" Merriweather Jr.

Felando "Lando Bando" Merriweather Jr.

CEO/founder, The Hip Hop Lab

Merriweather Jr. has witnessed his artists’ success stories up close, with highlights like BabyTron’s collaboration with Eminem and a growing partnership with Paul Rosenberg. As the founder of The Hip Hop Lab, a Detroit mainstay, he’s excited about EMPIRE’s support of their vision. Currently, he’s focused on Stanwill’s solo project, his annual DJ Khaled-style album and keeping The Hip Hop Lab plugged into the underground scene. Merriweather says he “really dislikes anything scented.” We’ve been told we’re anything but fresh.

Steff Agathis

Steff Agathis

Founder, Vitalize Projects

Agathis founded Vitalize Projects to support and develop independent artists, and the momentum behind BLUPRNT’s “Drama” is proof of that. After sparking the #dramadance trend on TikTok, the track earned editorial backing on Pandora, SoundCloud and Beatport, plus a sync on Bravo. Now, with his “Proper Ladies” hitting over 435k streams and picking up additional support, Agathis is prepping for a busy year, including BLUPRNT’s upcoming solo tour, festival performances and more. She started playing drums at two years old. Even then, she refused to jam with us.
