Sublime, Create Celebrate Chart-Topping "Ensenada"

More than 28 years after Sublime's "What I Got" went to #1 on the Alternative Airplay chart, the group has landed another chart-topper with "Ensenada" (Sublime Recordings/SVNBVRNT Records/Regime Music Group/Create Music Group).

It's Sublime's first original song with late frontman Bradley Nowell's son Jakob leading the group. "Ensenada" collected more than 2,500 spins, the highest total of any #1 Mediabase alternative track this year.

Sublime is managed by Regime Music Group's Kevin Zinger and found its way into the Create world through SVP Music/Operations Chris Herche. Which other bizzers did bong hits with the band, you ask? Mike Parrish and Joe Escalante lead management and promotion efforts alongside Nowell’s SVNBVRNT Records crew.
