Waitress: Check, Please

The self-described “weird rock” troupe Waitress will likely find a large contingent of label weasels—both major and indie—at its Teragram Ballroom show Saturday night (Oct. 24) in L.A. The local band’s wild and woolly shows, embracing modern rock, cabaret, pop, prog-metal, salsa and more, have attracted label attention throughout its current trek, but the Teragram show is expected to draw more A&R peeps than Nozawa at happy hour.
