CAPITOL IN ALL CAPS
Capitol Music Group’s artist-development laboratory has yielded two of the year’s most compelling rookie success stories—SIENNA SPIRO and ADÉLA. Now CEO Tom March, President Lillia Parsa and crew are building on those gains with several promising new projects.
Elegant Londoner SPIRO, who graces the cover of our Q4 New & Developing Artists special, has the vocal power and smoky glamour of a classic diva, and she has gone from strength to strength. First came global Top 10 hit “Die on This Hill,” then big wins and viral performances at the BRITs and the VMAs. Now she’s romping on DSPs with “Great Expectation” and has amassed 854k ATD on her latest album, Visitor. She’s widely expected to be anointed with Grammy love.
The wildly charismatic, Slovakia-born ADÉLA, meanwhile, has two massive streaming hits in “Nicole Kidman” and “Ain’t in LA,” both of which are perched in Spotify’s U.S. Top 5 as of this writing. Her propulsive and witty debut album, PRIMA, enjoyed a Top 5 chart debut and has been parked in the Top 20 for weeks; it’s notched 318k ATD. The Good World-managed, pink-coiffed firebrand just wrapped a sold-out tour and will be conquering bigger stages worldwide in 2027.
The Tower team has recently made headway with another Brit, Sam Fender, who had a giant U.K. hit, “Rein Me In,” with Olivia Dean. Fender is huge across the pond and is beginning to make real inroads stateside, zipping into the Spot’s U.S. Top 20; he’ll be leveling up his live game next year with his biggest North American venues yet, including Red Rocks, Radio City and the Greek. Oh, and he just got Mick Jagger’s blessing on his cover of “You Can’t Always Get What You Want.”
Josiah Queen, whom the crew signed jointly with Capitol Christian, scored a praiseworthy Top 20 debut with his Damascus Road, a career peak and the best first-week showing by a Christian act in more than a year. Indeed, Queen’s career collection plate boasts 2.1b streams. He’ll be hitting some big venues (including Red Rocks) on his forthcoming 18-date tour. March and Parsa, glory be upon their names, should enjoy a meaningful market-share uptick from CCMG.
These recent advances follow on the heels of prior successes by TDE’s chart-topping Grammy darling Doechii—currently enticing fans with her “Swamp Session” drops as the world awaits her new album (her last one’s now at 1m ATD)—EZMNY/Motown’s highly decorated Leon Thomas (six Grammy nominations and two wins, nearly 820k ATD) and rock disruptor YUNGBLUD (three Grammy noms, one win, 200k ATD).
What’s next from the folks at Vine and Ivar? Stay tuned.

Backstage at Lollapalooza, ADÉLA and Parsa plan to dye March’s hair pink.
