Last night the Grand Ole Opry once again teamed with Susan G. Komen for “Opry Goes Pink,” the annual benefit for the world's leading breast cancer organization.

Megan Moroney flipped the switch that turned the Opry's barn backdrop pink for the evening, kicking off a night that included performances by the Cloud 9 artist, Opry member Mandy Barnett, Deana Carter, Mackenzie Carpenter, Benny G, Briley King and Jillian Cardarelli, an emerging country singer and breast cancer survivor who made her Opry debut.

The program's guest announcers included Dateline NBC correspondent Andrea Canning, songwriter Jessie Jo Dillon and Ali Goldsmith, mother of Benny G (whom, we suspect, was born Benny Goldsmith, though we understand it’s nuthin' but a "G" thang for him now).
