After debuting in 2025 with a sellout but taking this year off, Morgan Wallen is bringing Sand In My Boots back to the beaches of Gulf Shores, Alabama, on May 21-23.
Presented by The Neal Agency-booked Wallen and AEG Presents, the three-day event will once again offer a beach vacation with a musical itinerary personally curated by the country superstar. A lineup is forthcoming.
Sand in My Boots’ inaugural edition brought together a highly eclectic cast led by Wallen, Post Malone, Brooks & Dunn, Ella Langley, Riley Green, T-Pain, Wiz Khalifa, The War on Drugs, 2 Chainz and Three 6 Mafia. Reports that AEG’s Rich Schaefer spun obscure Jerry Garcia Band tunes at the afterparty could not be confirmed.
“What I’m looking forward to the most about bringing Sand In My Boots Festival back is being able to have new concepts on stage and trying to elevate the experience overall for the fans, myself and other artists on the bill,” Wallen says. “I think it's going to be really top-notch and we’re going to try to do it even better this time.”
Following the 2025 festival, the Morgan Wallen Foundation donated more than $200k in musical instruments to five Alabama schools. The foundation says its broader effort to support communities on Wallen’s touring routes has now delivered more than $2m worth of instruments to schools across the country.
