At Live Nation, building a global touring business means knowing when to take an established superstar to the next level, when to bring a long-awaited comeback to the stage and when a genre is ready to conquer new territory. Jared Braverman, Colin Lewis and Hans Schafer have helped turn those opportunities into major live events, working across a roster that spans pop, hip-hop, rock and Latin music.

Braverman came up through the business from the ground floor. While studying music business and management at Berklee College of Music, he landed an internship with Live Nation after reaching out to touring executive Arthur Fogel for an interview for a class assignment. His early work included analyzing tour finances and traveling with the reunited Police, gaining an education in the logistics and fan experience behind major productions.

In 2019, Pollstar named him a NextGen honoree, recognizing his work on tours by BTS, Ariana Grande, Coldplay and Bruno Mars. More recently, Braverman has been among the Live Nation executives instrumental in bringing Mars’ 2026 stadium campaign to life, as well as Olivia Rodrigo’s Unraveled tour and the box office-busting return of BTS.

When he’s not collaborating with Shakira on her record-breaking Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran world tour and purpose-built Madrid residency (700k tickets sold) or Missy Elliott’s Out of This World—The Missy Elliott Experience (her first headlining run ever), Lewis is wheeling and dealing on projects such as USHER and Chris Brown’s The R&B Tour, which grossed $90m at North American stadiums in July and August alone.

A Toronto native who hired future Live Nation exec Omar Al-joulani at the Agency Group at the turn of the millennium, Lewis relocated to Los Angeles in 2014 for a two-year stint at UTA before reuniting with Al-joulani at Live Nation. And when acts like Shakira gave him a mandate to go above and beyond what’s come before, Lewis delivered with ES LATINA, a festival-within-a-festival at Madrid’s Macondo Park that drummed up an estimated $200m for the local economy.

Perhaps more than any other exec, Schafer has helped guide Latin music’s expansion from a powerful regional business into a worldwide touring force. Before joining Live Nation in 2017, he worked in brand partnerships at Universal Music Latin Entertainment and in Latin talent at AEG Live.

At Live Nation, he initially led the newly formed Live Nation Latin division, with a remit spanning touring, festivals and artist development. His work has since intersected with major campaigns for Bad Bunny, KAROL G, Feid, Rauw Alejandro, Peso Pluma, Los Bukis and RBD, helping Latin artists scale up across North America, Latin America and Europe.

Together, Braverman, Lewis and Schafer represent different dimensions of Live Nation’s touring operation: the craft and execution of major productions, the development of ambitious global campaigns and the creation of new opportunities for artists and genres to reach bigger audiences.
