What’s the single biggest change in a manager’s responsibilities since you started in the biz?

The biggest change, and one of the harder things to get used to, is how much the business relies on social media, and the pressure for artists to constantly self-promote on their platforms. There are so many upsides in terms of discoverability, but for those artists that don't naturally gravitate to social, it can feel like a burden to their creative process.

You’re made czar of the concert industry. What’s the first thing you’d change?

It would be standard for the artist to have the opportunity to share in the revenue from every single dollar associated with a hard ticket show that they headline. Ticket fees, food and beverage, parking, etc.
