Managers do it all. Things they have a hand in include—but are not limited to—shopping for deals, advising on records, approving syncs, strategizing TV looks, scoping out tours and festivals, pondering brand extensions… We get exhausted just thinking about it. That’s why our next live special, due in October, will focus on these tireless champions of their clients’ needs, wants and whims.

What was the first concert you ever attended?

Muse, Black Holes and Revelations tour, 2007, Hordern Pavilion, Sydney, Australia. I was completely transfixed by the lasers and light show.

You can go back in time and see any concert. Whom would you see and when?

Michael Jackson at the O2 Arena in London, 2009. I was living in London at the time but unfortunately he passed away a month before his scheduled show.

Describe your all-time-favorite photo or tchotchke from your job.

Kelsea Ballerini’s makeup artist, Brittani Leslie, gifted us a gold necklace with a Kelsea Ballerini Live on Tour concert ticket engraved on the charm. I wore it every day on tour.
