Touring has become a massive piece of the artist’s financial pie. Used to be you toured to promote the record. Now you stream a song or three to promote the tour!

You’re made czar of the concert industry. What’s the first thing you’d change?

Find a way to create health-care benefits for all touring crew. We have no live business without our crews.
