Good Day's Gordan Dillard

What’s the first concert you ever attended?

OutKast, with Ludacris and Xzibit as openers, in San Jose. I had just turned 13. I'll never forget the energy of watching OutKast perform “B.O.B. (Bombs Over Baghdad).”

You can go back in time and see any concert. Whom would you see and when?

I for sure would catch a Michael Jackson show. Probably the Wembley show in London.

Name a manager not in your company whom you admire.

There are so many managers that I respect. So many guys that made way for younger guys like myself. Guy, Sal, Scooter, Shep, I learned from all of them. I really admire Gee Roberson. His journey remains inspiring for me.

Name a mistake you’ve made in the biz and what you learned from it.

I've made so many mistakes. Mistakes are a part of growth. Most were from not following my gut. I've learned over the years to trust that little feeling in your stomach. If you feel it, just go for it. You can always recover.
