Back Blocks' Rakiyah Marshall

You can go back in time and see any concert. Whom would you see and when?

Queen at Live Aid, 1985.

What’s the single biggest change in a manager’s responsibilities since you started in the biz?

Digital and social strategy. You’re essentially a content strategist and brand manager on top of managing the day to day.

Name a manager not in your company whom you admire.

Kerri Edwards and Martha Earls. Incredible managers with great A&R instincts, and as mothers, they’ve shown me that it's possible to balance family and a demanding career.

You’re made czar of the concert industry. What’s the first thing you’d change?

Earlier concerts. Matinees all day!
