Rancid at the Astoria, London, 1998. I was far too young, but that night changed the course of my life.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?

I was incredibly fortunate to find a mentor like Jen Ivory early in my career at Warner. The best advice she ever gave me? Don’t overanalyze. In a world overflowing with data points, trust your gut.
