WME is expanding its global music operation with the hiring of contemporary music agents Aleks Ljubojevic and Sophia Simon.

Ljubojevic joins from Amsterdam-based Ace Agency, where his electronic roster included Martin Garrix, Sam Feldt and Don Diablo. He’s also bringing Swedish House Mafia’s Steve Angello to WME for European representation.

Based in London, Ljubojevic reports to Stephanie LaFera, WME partner and head of electronic music.

Simon arrives from So.Connected, the agency she founded in 2024 to develop international artists and music projects in Brazil. Her work there included projects with Garrix, Ne-Yo, Ultra Records, Sean Paul and Alesso, as well as helping build Latin dance party BRESH’s presence in Brazil.

Her background also includes co-managing Brazilian singer-songwriter and actress Giulia Be, working as a day-to-day manager at Milk & Honey and coordinating global hospitality programs for The Coca-Cola Company at the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar, the 2024 Paris Olympics and Coachella.

Based in Spain, she reports to Rob Markus, WME senior partner and head of international.

“The future of music is global, and their additions to our team continue to strengthen WME’s position as the leading agency for long-term global success,” said the agency’s Global Head of Music Kirk Sommer.
