Create Music Group Arrives at Silvertown

Create Music Group has appointed Hayley Silvertown chief legal and business affairs officer. She’ll be based at the company’s Hollywood headquarters and oversee all legal and business affairs functions and partner with the executive team on strategic transactions, investments and partnerships.

Create Music Group CEO/founder Jonathan Strauss said, “Over the last several years as our outside counsel, Hayley has proved to be an indispensable advisor as we expand our business around the world.”

Silvertown has advised Create for more than three years as outside counsel. She previously worked at Paul Hastings, where she was of counsel, as well as Willkie Farr & Gallagher and Sheppard Mullin Richter and Hampton. She also worked in the business affairs departments of ICM and Warner Chappell.
