Andrade Named President of Warner Music Latina
There’s a new president in Miami.
Having led U.S. Latin since joining WMG in 2022, Roberto Andrade has been upped to president, Warner Music Latina. The appointment was made by Alejandro Duque, who himself was promoted to president of Warner Music International on Sept. 25. Andrade will continue to be based in Miami and report to Duque.
Andrade will also get the title president of A&R, WM Latin America as the Colombian exec continues to aggressively sign artists in the region, including deals with Latin Grammy Best New Artist hopeful Aria Vega and urban sensations Clarent, Kris R, De La Rose and Fanta Rosario.
He’s also led strategy for WML artists like Danny Ocean, Blessd, Myke Towers, Elena Rose and W Sound, which was responsible for “La Plena,” the third-biggest Latin song on Spotify in 2025.
"Roberto’s grasp of Latin culture and its rich musical diversity, combined with his relentless creative drive, has been instrumental in taking Warner Music Latina to unprecedented heights,” said Duque. “I’m thrilled to continue partnering with him as we embark on this next chapter of growth."
Andrade said, “I’m deeply grateful for Alejandro’s continued support as we champion authentic talent, stay close to the culture and trust artists early in their journeys. As Latin sounds redefine global music, our focus remains on building the regional foundation artists need to scale their careers worldwide.”
