Republic Has Nothing to Promote

September 15, 2025

Republic Records has inked a deal with Nothing Projects Interactive, the team behind OnlyHands, a mobile fighting game. Premiering in Q4 2025, the title promises real-time battles in which Republic artists aren’t just on the soundtrack—they’re in the ring.

Republic acts' tracks will power in-game avatars, with combat-driven streaming and direct fan interaction built into the experience. Artists can also drop songs or signature moves directly into gameplay, creating streams and revenue both in and outside the game.

Said Republic Collective COO Avery Lipman, “When we first met with Nothing Projects Interactive, we bonded over a similar commitment to pursuing innovation. They’ve created a new paradigm with OnlyHands—a seamless platform for the integration of gaming, music and culture.”

“This isn’t a crossover—it’s a new medium,” enthused Nothing Projects CEO Zane Comer. “Gaming and music were never separate; they just hadn’t found their native form.”

Expect the full artist roster later this year. In the meantime, we’re hoping our avatars don’t get stuck button-mashing against the Lipman brothers in the final battle.
