Walker Upped at Sony Music

WALKER JOINS SONY GLOBAL TEAM: Jeff Walker has been upped to EVP and Head of Business & Legal Affairs for Global Digital Business/US Sales at Sony Music Entertainment by President of the division Thomas Hesse. The 20-year Sony Music veteran has spent the last 14 as Head of Label Business & Legal Affairs at the company, most recently for Columbia/Epic Label Group. As part of the move, EVP Mark Eisenberg will leave the company after 15 years, though he will remain on as a consultant in the transition. Which means, there goes his key to the executive sauna.
