X MARKS THE SPOT: With Simon Cowell’s X Factor still a year away from its scheduled Sept. 2011 stateside debut, there’s plenty of speculation as to who’ll be picked for the judges’ panel. One of the names reportedly under consideration is a major label record executive, who would also get a new deal within the Sony Music family, which already has a deal with Cowell’s Syco Music to put out albums by the show’s winners and finalists.
