WHAT IT IS: 23-year-old singer/songwriter Jack Gilinsky first made the leap from social-media sensation and Vine star to rising pop artist as half of the multi-platinum pop-rap duo Jack & Jack. After seven years, hundreds of sold-out performances around the world, 1b+ streams and numerous award nominations, the Omaha native and now-L.A.-based artist is unveiling another side of himself with the release of his 2020 solo debut, “My Love,” featuring breakout rapper Don Toliver, which dropped alongside his self-directed video.
