TO THE MAX
10/9/15

Earlier this year, Fall Out Boy's frontman, Pete Wentz, confidently stated, “No one is a bigger believer in MAX than me.” Pete, step aside; you’ve got some strong competition.

This self-proclaimed Super Jew was converted to MAX-ism as MAX took The Troubadour by storm, causing a sea of love-struck girls to erupt in screams between each song, and leaving me wishing I had invested in some high-end ear plugs.

At one point, I looked down at my phone to jot down notes when I heard what I thought to be a guest-rapper and was surprised to find the seemingly innocent mensch spitting rhymes himself! He promptly followed the rap with sexy dance moves as he—along with his devoted fans—sang a hook proclaiming, "I'm gonna be the next big thing." I sure as hell believe it.

MAX's infectious energy combined with a falsetto that would make any soprano jealous are key ingredients to his impending super-stardom. Having sold over 85k copies of his single, "Gibberish," and currently boasting over 1m YouTube subscribers, Crush Music’s wunderkind is only growing stronger as he continues his North American tour.
