FINDING HEAVEN IN "HELL"

Last night, I had the pleasure of witnessing Digsin’s Lauren Shera perform at my new favorite venue, Room 5.

Draped in a simple black dress and exuding natural beauty, she graced the stage with her old school Rickenbacker guitar, a banjo, and a cute little Epiphone amp. The soulful songstress cradled the audience with her timeless voice as sagacious lyrics dripped effortlessly from her lips. She didn’t say much between her songs; she didn’t need to. Her music spoke volumes.

Take a listen to single “Hells Bells” — which Daytrotter released last week — for a taste of her sweet sounds.

L'Chaim,
Naomi Robin
