UMPG SIGNS NIJA TO GLOBAL PUB DEAL

UMPG has announced the signing of multiplatinum-selling songwriter-record producer Nija Charles to an exclusive publishing deal.

Nija has quickly become one of the most in-demand and prolific writers in the industry. She has written songs recorded by a wide variety of superstars, including Jay-Z and Beyonce ("Heard About Us" and "LoveHappy") and Cardi B ("I Do" and "Ring").

"I'm just a fan turned songwriter. Songwriting, for me, is just making songs for my favorite artists that I'd wanna listen to on repeat with my friends," said Nija.
