October, one of my very favorite months! College football, MLB Playoffs, the NBA is cranking up and, normally, we’d see a steady flow of major acts dropping new music. Well, it still feels like summer everywhere east of the Mississippi, and we’ve had so much new music the past few months that you have to wonder what the fourth quarter releases are going to look like. We hear there are a ton of releases coming in the next few weeks, so while we wait for fall to hit, at least we have lots to listen to.

Republic’s Spangler, Romeo and Dastur have Post Malone f/Young Thug’s “Goodbyes” heading toward the top of the chart with a closed-out panel. It remains in the Top 10 at Spotify and Shazam. Jonas Brothers’ “Only Human” is Top 5 bound with big increases coming in this week from WWWQ, WXKS and Y100. Post Malone’s “Circles”— #1 Spotify and #3 Shazam—was a Top 5 Greatest Gainer. Taylor Swift’s “Lover” pulled in new airplay from Venus, WKSC and WXSS last week and is heading Top 15. Ariana Grande, Miley Cyrus & Lana Del Rey’s “Don’t Call Me Angel,” which now has 80m video views, joined the Top 25 this week. Lil Tecca’s “Ransom”—#1 U.S Streaming and #2 U.S. Spotify—enjoys new adds at Z100, KIIS and KBKS. Liam Payne f/Boogie Wit Da Hoodie’s chartbound “Stack It Up” was one of the Most Added this week with 13 new adds, including WBLI and KUDD. Schiffman, along with team Republic, is building a story on Public’s “Make You Mine” (Island). Airplay includes HITS 1, Venus, WNCI; new this week are WZFT and WKSE.

Interscope’s Romano and Lopes continue to stack up stations on Maroon 5’s “Memories” (222), which was #1 Most Added on impact and continues in the Most Added column this week. It’s now on 170+ stations and already Top 20 bound. 5 Seconds of Summer’s “Teeth” has charted with 75+ stations spinning, including HITS 1, KIIS, WIOQ and Y100. Next up is Billie Eilish’s “all the good girls go to hell” and blackbear’s “hot girl bummer” (Beartrap/Alamo).

Warner’s Chester, Dyer, Reich and Shih put Bebe Rexha’s “You Can't Stop the Girl” back in the Most Added column with 16 new adds, including KBFF, WRVW and WBLI; look for this one to chart this week. Saweetie’s “My Type” (Icy/Artistry) charted this week with help from KIIS, KAMP, WODS and KHKS.

Capitol’s Marella, Nolletti, Siciliano and Acampora are set to impact Niall Horan’s “Nice to Meet Ya.” Look for this one to be Most Added; we hear it’s great! Lewis Capaldi’s “Someone You Loved” is now Top 3 with massive callout. Sam Smith’s “How Do You Sleep?” is heading Top 10 with 121m video views. Halsey’s “Graveyard”—the #2 Greatest Gainer—is now Top 20. Illenium f/Jon Bellion’s “Good Things Fall Apart” (Astralwerks) looks set to join the Top 30 with adds from WKSC, WFLC and KALV.

Caroline’s Halpern and Applegate move SHAED’s “Trampoline” (Photo Finish) Top 10 with an almost closed-out panel and power rotations posting everywhere. NF’s “Time” (NF Real Music) is Top 15 with spin increases coming in from KNOU, KMVQ, WFKS and KHFI.

RCA’s Riccitelli, JR and Daddio just impacted Miley Cyrus’ “Slide Away.” There are now 35+ stations spinning, including Z100, KAMP, Music Choice and WXKS; look for this one to chart soon. Normani’s “Motivation” (Keep Cool) is now Top 15. WRVW PD Jonathan Shuford says, “If Beyoncé and Jesus Christ made a song together, it would be ‘Motivation!’ Well… how’s that for a quote?!” Khalid’s “Right Back” (Right Hand)—now at 125m streams—is chartbound with 60+ stations on board. Marshmello & Kane Brown’s “One Thing Right” (RCA Nashville) was a Top 10 Greatest Gainer with more than 130 stations onboard. Kygo & Whitney Houston’s “Higher Love”—now on more than 100 stations and sitting inside the Top 30—was once again in the Top 10 Most Added. Chris Brown f/Drake’s “No Guidance” is Top 25; new adds include KZZP, WWWQ, KNOU and KQMV.

Def Jam’s Farag and Rothschild have stacked 90+ stations, including WBBM, KDWB, WIHT and KHKS, on Alessia Cara’s “Rooting For You,” which has already charted.

Columbia’s Burrus, Bedard, Stevens and Brenner have Lil Nas X’s “Panini” heading Top 15 at Pop and Top 5 at Rhythm; the social engagement continues to post big numbers on all platforms. Diplo & Jonas Brothers’ “Lonely” impacted this week and was #1 Most Added with 77 new stations. The Chainsmokers & Illenium f/Lennon Stella’s “Takeaway” (Disruptor) is chartbound with 40+ stations onboard.

Epic’s Sackheim, Afloarei and Dimig put 22 new adds on French Montana’s “Writing on the Wall”—including KIIS, WKSC, WWPW and WKQI prior to impact—placing it in the Most Added column. Camila Cabello’s “Liar” (SYCO) is heading Top 15, and “Shameless” is Top 25; Camila is the #1 streaming female artist in the country. AJ Mitchell f/Ava Max’s “Slow Dance”—his biggest streaming track to date, with 1.4m streams per week—is heading Top 30. Monsta X f/French Montana’s “Who Do U Love” is Top 25 with 120+ stations onboard.

In2une’s Connone and Lucek have LAUV f/Anne-Marie’s “f***, i’m lonely” (Lauv/AWAL) heading toward the chart with 70+ stations onboard.

MUSIC WE LOVE: Billie Eilish’s “all the good girls go to hell” (Darkroom/Interscope), Loud Luxury & Bryce Vine’s “I’m Not Alright” (Armada/Sire/Warner).
