The July Fourth holiday break normally means vacations, trips to the beach and lots of summer break time with our friends. However, this year, there will be no slowing down on the number of tracks heading to a radio near you! The onslaught of major releases will continue on through the holiday, so don’t disconnect for too long; you might miss out on the song of the summer.

Republic’s Spangler, Romeo and Dastur show no signs of slowing down. This week, they have the #1 and #2 Most Added tracks. Shawn Mendes & Camila Cabello’s “Senorita” (Island), which has one seriously steamy video, was the Most Added track at Pop, pulling in 124 adds a few days after release. Cumulus VP Top 40 & Rhythm Louis Diaz says, “Shawn Mendes & Camila Cabello’s ‘Senorita’ is a perfect summer song for Top 40. Turn it up!” Meanwhile, Mendes’ “If I Can’t Have You” is set to join the Top 5 next week with a closed-out panel. The #2 Most Added song was Taylor Swift’s “You Need to Calm Down,” which added 54 stations to close out the panel. Jonas Brothers’ “Cool” moves Top 10 with big spin increases posting from WNCI, KNOU, WXSS and WWWQ. Tove Lo’s “Glad He’s Gone” (Island) pulled in 11 new adds, including WWWQ and KPTT; look for this one to chart shortly.

RCA‘s Riccitelli, Rizzo and Daddio put Miley Cyrus’ “Mother’s Daughter” back in the Top 5 Most Added this week. Pulling in 19 more adds, the track charts and looks Top 30-bound already. Mark Ronson f/Camila Cabello’s “Find U Again,” which looks set to join the Top 25, was also in the Most Added, scoring 16 new adds that include KHKS, KHTS, WIOQ and WLDI. Marshmello & Kane Brown had a big weekend in Las Vegas, hosting programmers and introducing them to their new single, “One Thing Right,” which pulled in new airplay from KALV, KHFI, WHQC and WXSS out of the box. Martin Garrix f/Macklemore & Patrick Stump’s “Summer Days” pulled in new airplay from Y100 and WNKS and is set to join the Top 30. P!nk’s “Walk Me Home” is Top 25 with 100+ stations onboard.

Warner Music’s Chester, Dyer, Reich and Shih put nine more stations on Dan + Shay’s “Speechless” (Warner Nashville), including KALV, WEZB, KNOU and WLDI, as it gets set to join the Top 20. And Bryce Vine’s “La La Land” (Sire), which looks Top 15 bound, enters the Top 20 with 150+ stations.

12Tone’s Team Palmese launches LIVVIA’s “Dizzy” with 23 stations and heads toward the chart. Christian Paul’s “Strong” is now on 38 stations and chartbound; the current promo run has made big fans out of WNCI and WAKS.

Caroline’s Halpern and Scales impacted CYN’s “Holy Roller” (Unsub), scoring 14 adds and landing in the Top 10 Most Added this week; airplay include KHKS, KHFI and KUDD. SHAED’s “Trampoline” (Photo Finish) charts with 75+ stations at Pop, after a #1 nod at Alternative; major market airplay includes WKSC, WIHT, KBKS and Music Choice.

Columbia’s Burruss, Bedard, Stevens and Brenner are still in celebration mode with Lil Nas X’s “Old Town Road” as it continues to break records and post unbelievable metrics, after 11 weeks at the top of streaming charts. The Chainsmokers f/Bebe Rexha’s “Call You Mine” (Disruptor) moves Top 30 this week, while Dominic Fike’s “3 Nights” impacts.

Interscope’s Romano and Lopes impacted Avicii f/Aloe Blacc’s “SOS” (Avicii/Geffen), pulling in 25 adds and landing in the Top 5 Most Added. #1 YouTube artist Billie Eilish’s “bad guy” (Darkroom) is #1 on Spotify as it moves up to #7 on the MB chart. It’s also the #3 Greatest Gainer this week. 5 Seconds of Summer’s “Easier”—one of the Greatest Gainers of the week—moved Top 15 with an almost closed-out panel.

Capitol’s Marella, Nolletti, Siciliano and Acampora put another 17 stations on Lewis Capaldi’s “Someone You Loved,” landing in the Top 10 Most Added and bringing the total number of stations to 100+. We hear there’s great early callout starting to post. Katy Perry’s “Never Really Over”—this close to closing out the panel—looks set to join the Top 10. Halsey’s “Nightmare” is also looking to join the Top 10 with an all-but-closed-out panel.
