A PRESSING MATTER: FRP IS VINYLLY OPEN FOR BUSINESS

In January, following two years of from-the-ground-up construction, Fidelity Record Pressing opened as the pressing plant for Mobile Fidelity Sound Labs and outside clients. The Oxnard, California-based facility was co-founded by Music Direct President Jim Davis in partnership with Rick and Edward Hashimoto (pictured), a father-and-son team with more than 70 years of collective pressing-plant experience.

The FRP team will host an invitation-only open house on Friday, 5/17, from 2 to 6 pm during which tours will be conducted and craft beer and tacos will be served. Hit up Project Manager Todd Curtis at [email protected] or (805) 816-5131 for an invite.
