IGA SOLIDIFIES POP/ROCK, URBAN EXEC TEAM

On the heels of a big Barbie-fueled Oscar night for Interscope's Billie Eilish, John Janick continues to solidify the leadership structure at Interscope Capitol Labels Group, promoting or naming 13 executives to positions at Interscope Geffen A&M (IGA).

On the pop/rock side, Michelle An and Sam Riback have each been named president of IGA, with the former also serving as head of creative strategy and the latter as head of pop/rock A&R. Their team also includes EVP of Pop/Rock A&R Matt Morris, co-Heads of Pop/Rock Digital Chris Mortimer and Kirsten Stubbs, SVP of Pop/Rock Marketing Adrian Amodeo and VP of Pop/Rock Visual Creative Chelsea Dodson.

IGA's Urban department will be led by President of IGA/Head of Urban A&R Nicole Wyskoarko and EVP/Head of Marketing Laura Carter. Their team will be rounded out by President of Geffen Records Urban A&R Aaron "Dash" Sherrod and EVP/Head of Urban Digital Ramon Alvarez-Smikle, SVP of Urban Marketing and Strategy Lola Plaku and SVP of Visual Creative/Head of Urban Creative Andrew Ibea.

An was previously president of creative strategy; Riback and Wyskoarko were promoted from prior roles as president, A&R.

"Each of these executives exemplifies the culture of innovative thinking, entrepreneurial spirit and wide-ranging success that has long defined IGA," said ICLG Chairman/CEO Janick. "As we continue to solidify our team and finalize the redesign of our broader company, we are creating a modern music company that will set the standard for our industry and provide the optimal environment for our artists to thrive and achieve excellence in music."

Last week, Janick named Steve Berman and Annie Lee ICLG vice chairman and COO, respectively, and chose Gary Kelly and Jason Kawejsza to lead business operations at the label group.
