Internet Money/10K rapper Rich Amiri has soared into the Top 15 on Spotify's USA chart with "One Call." The cut, #13 on the Spot as of this writing, is the first breakout of the Elliot Grainge-led label's WMG era.
Boston-bred Amiri (born Amiri Dexter Chase), who recently celebrated his 20th birthday, dropped his full-length set Ghetto Fabulous last fall and earned traction via social media and SoundCloud.
"One Call" has taken off on TikTok and thus far notched more than 80m global streams on Spotify. The video (which you should peep below) has racked up nearly 6m YouTube views. You can read more about Amiri here.
Elliot, Max Lousada, manager Nissim Hershkovits and teams are understandably psyched about this new development. Though the last "Call" they want to get about it is from us.
Elliot Grainge, flanked by 10K co-Presidents Zach Friedman (l) and Tony Talamo, feels Amiri's success is Richly deserved.
