WEEKND IDOL
The Weeknd has returned with a new single, "Popular," featuring Madonna and Playboi Carti. It's the second offering from the soundtrack to The Idol Vol. 1, out 6/30 on XO/Republic. The Weeknd teased "Popular" earlier this week, sharing a screenshot of himself with Carti.
The Idol will premiere 6/4 on HBO at 9pm ET. The HBO Original series, which debuted at the 76th annual Cannes Film Festival on 5/22, will also stream on Max.
The Weeknd's After Hours Til Dawn Global Stadium Tour will begin 6/6 in Lisbon with guests Mike Dean and KAYTRANADA and conclude 10/25 in Guadalajara. For a list of tour dates, click here. Listen to "Popular," something we'll never know, below.
