LIL BABY DOC LANDS AT AMAZON PRIME

Untrapped: The Story of Lil Baby will stream exclusively on Amazon's Prime Video beginning 8/26. The documentary premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival, followed by a performance from the QC/Motown star.

Directed by Karam Gill, the film tells Lil Baby's story of growing up in West Atlanta, his days as a street hustler and his meteoric rise in the rap game. The doc was produced by Quality Films, MGX Creative and 4PF, along with producers Lil Baby (under his given name, Dominique Jones), Pierre “P” Thomas, Kevin “Coach K” Lee, Gill, Daniel Malikyar, Andrew Primavera and Blase Biello.

“Baby, like so many in this country, went through so many obstacles that could have thrown him into many bad places in life. To watch him come through to such a positive side is essential for people to see,” said Coach K. “This documentary has the ability to change lives if viewers can believe just like he did.”

According to Lil Baby's social media, new music will arrive in July.
