TAG, THEY'RE IT! SHAZAM'S BIGGEST MOVERS

A TikTok sensation from Washington state, a couple of Bridgerton syncs and an old favorite featuring the late Taylor Hawkins populate the Biggest Movers list on the Shazam USA Top 100.

“Soy el Unico” (Lumbre) from teenage Evergreen State act Yahritza y su Esencia, which blew up on TikTok, is catching fire across the Internet; the track is Top 5 at Apple Music, with its video accompaniment pulling in 2.1m YouTube views in two days this week.

The second season of Netflix’s Bridgerton has fans buzzing about two instrumental covers from the Capitol-released soundtrack: Vitamin String Quartet’s version of Robyn’s “Dancing on My Own” and Steve Horner’s rendition of Harry Styles’ “Sign of the Times.”

Foo Fighters’ “Learn to Fly” (Roswell/RCA), the video for which features Hawkins as a female flight attendant, has emerged as one of the top three songs mourning fans have turned to; “My Hero” and “Everlong” are the others.

The new musical version of WordleHeardle—has pushed a track onto the Biggest Movers list for the first time: Mark Ronson f/Amy Winehouse’s “Valerie” (Columbia).

In Blighty, Thom Yorke’s “Unmade” is the greatest gainer after a sync on Peaky Blinders (for which us Yanks regrettably have to wait until 6/10; RIP Helen McCrory). Right behind it is “Learn to Fly” and the Bridgerton cuts.
