Not So Fast/Epic crooner GIVĒON is a genuine breakout, having brought his rich baritone to both solo smash “Heartbreak Anniversary” and a feature on Justin Bieber’s giant “Peaches.” It’s yet another big win for label boss Sylvia Rhone, whose R&B bona fides were already impeccable. As for the young star, he didn’t know “Heartbreak” until he had to appear on the cover of this rag.
