"BUTTER" CHURNS UP
A SPOTIFY RECORD

The lads of Big Hit/Columbia's BTS have broken another record, racking up an astounding 20.9m+ global Spotify streams—the most ever in a single day—with new single "Butter." It's an auspicious achievement for the K-pop conquerors, their label teams and, of course, the dairy industry.

The song's just getting started, we might add; look for a very buttery radio story to go with all those streams.

Adding a little cream: The band will celebrate the eighth anniversary of their existence with a two-day streaming event, Muster Sowoozoo, that will take place 6/13 and 14. Details are scarce but day two will be the World Tour Version featuring BTS performing some of their foreign-language songs.
