LVRN EXPANDS WITH FEMALE LEADERSHIP

Atlanta's LVRN has strengthened its leadership with the addition of three women. Joining the team as Director of Creative Content is Priya Minhas; Stephanie Gaber will serve as Creative Marketing and Brand Partnerships Manager; and Amal Noor has been named Senior Director of A&R/Manager.

Aaliyah Lambert, meanwhile, who was previously Marketing & Management Executive Assistant, has been promoted to Marketing Manager, and Jessica Rodriguez has been promoted to Artist Manager; she will maintain the role of Chief of Staff.

This diverse female talent will directly support the five first-generation immigrant founders with roots in Ghana, Nigeria, Trinidad, and Jamaica to support a growing all-star roster boasting Summer Walker, 6LACK, Shelley FKA DRAM, Kitty Ca$h, BRS Kash, OMB Bloodbath, dsvn, and more.

“Since we founded LVRN, it has always been intentional for us to realize that diversity and inclusion are important and to make sure that we’re placing women in positions at an executive level,” said LVRN Co-Founder and President Tunde Balogun. “It is our mission to strive and change the way the music industry currently functions.”

Minhas arrives from VEVO, where she produced and directed original content with both emerging and established artists such as Billie Eilish, Yungblud, Doja Cat and Ella Mai for campaigns that spanned live, one-take performances and short films.

Gaber previously worked at Q-Prime, where she started in the radio promotion department and eventually ventured into marketing, brand partnerships and sync at the company. At Q Prime she worked with such acts as Metallica, Muse, The Regrettes, Declan McKenna and The Black Keys.

As an independent manager, Noor's roster includes artists like Teezo Touchdown and multi-platinum producer Supah Mario, who recently signed a deal with Sony Music Publishing and has credits on tracks from Drake, Lil Uzi Vert, Young Thug, Lil Yachty and Megan Thee Stallion.

Rodriguez joined LVRN as the label’s Chief of Staff in May 2019. Known around the office as "Boss Lady," Jessica established a reputation as the well-rounded trouble-shooter that constantly extinguishes fires before occur. . Recently promoted to Artist Manager, she has worked on various projects, such as the launch of 6LACK’s 600 Degrees Hot Sauce and the releases like Summer Walker’s Over It and Life on Earth EP, LVRN's Home for the Holidays EP and BRS Kash’s Kash Only.

In her new role as Marketing Manager, Lambert will support the President of the label and the Head of Marketing and Brand Partnerships on various projects, including the relaunch of 6LACK’s 600 Degrees Hot Sauce and his Chinatown Market collaboration.
