LIL YACHTY CAPTAINS MICHIGAN MIXTAPE

Lil Yachty may be a Georgia native, but he’s all about celebrating the Great Lakes State on his mixtape Michigan Boy Boat, due Friday from Quality Control/Motown/Capitol.

Michigan features rappers from Detroit and Flint, continuing Yachty’s history of collabs with Michiganders like Tee Grizzley and Sada Baby.

In February Lil Yachty released a video for his song “Royal Rumble,” which features Michigan MCs Krispylife Kid, RMC Mike, Babyface Ray, Rio Da Yung OG and Icewear Vezzo.
