TWITCH SCRATCHES AN ITCH FOR LIVE CONCERTS

AEG Presents partner The Bowery Presents will start staging concerts to be livestreamed over Twitch on 4/1. Staged at Brooklyn Steel, the collaboration is beginning with 30 shows.

The Bowery Presents’ Twitch channel will feature live concerts and chats with artists such as Deer Tick, Jamila Woods, Brian Fallon and Marco Benevento. The programming schedule will be announced in the coming weeks.

“The Bowery Presents is eager to return to producing concerts for artists and fans later this year, and this partnership with our friends at Twitch will allow us to welcome both artists and our team back to our venues sooner than we anticipated,” said Jim Glancy and John Moore, partners at The Bowery Presents.

Brooklyn Steel is a former steel manufacturing plant-turned-1,800 capacity music venue that opened in 2017.
