BEYONCÉ'S VISUAL ALBUM HITS DISNEY+

Black is King, a visual album by Beyoncé will hit Disney+ on Friday, 7/31. The project was originally filmed as a companion piece to 2019's The Lion King: The Gift soundtrack. Disney describes the project as a film that reimagines the lessons from The Lion King for today's young kings and queens in search of their own crowns.

Bey released a new single, "Black Parade," a month ago. Her last visual, HOMECOMING, a concert film for Netflix, won a Grammy for Best Music Film.
