POSTPONED: THE LATEST

Halsey, Rage Against the Machine and Michael Buble are among the latest artists to move concert dates to 2021. Here’s a roundup of major tours that have adjusted their dates over the last week.

Alanis Morisette’s 31-date North American tour is being moved to the summer of 2021. She had already delayed the release of her new album, Such Pretty Forks in the Road, which was scheduled for 5/1. The tour was scheduled to start 6/2 in Portland.

Buble has moved his 2020 to next year, starting 2/6 in Salt Lake City and wrapping 3/25 in Jacksonville, Fla.

Rage Against the Machine’s reunion tour is now scheduled to start 6/3/21 in El Paso, Texas at the Don Haskins Center. There are 33 dates booked, including a five-night stand at Madison Square Garden 8/6-12/21, but no Southern California dates yet.

EaglesHotel California shows in six cities have new dates in September and October 2021. The Forum shows are now 10/15-16, 19/221.

Dave Matthews Band has moved 2020 dates to 2021, a 49-date run between 6/8 and 10/9.

Halsey’s summer run will start 6/1/21 in Seattle and run through 7/31/21 at FivePoint Amphitheatre in Irvine, Calif.

The Lumineers have cancelled all of their May and June tour dates. Journey and The Pretenders canceled a 60+ date tour of North American. New dates in 2021 are being worked on for Kesha's High Road tour.

Kelly Clarkson’s Las Vegas residency at the Zappos Theater in Planet Hollywood is moved from July to next year.

Thom Yorke has moved the U.S. leg of his Tomorrow's Modern Boxes tour to October.

Def Leppard has set a 6/1 deadline to make a decision about their summer stadium tour with Motley Crue, Poison and Joan Jett. In a message on their website, they write: “We are currently weighing all options and are awaiting further direction from the powers that be. Our goal is to have an official update to everyone by June 1 outlining exactly how we will proceed.”

On the festival front, Pitchfork has canceled its annual music festival. Global Goal Live: The Possible Dream, the year-long campaign and multi-city series of events, will extend into 2021 and the major events will be postponed to 9/25/21.
