A MESSAGE FROM JON PLATT

Sony/ATV chief Jon Platt sent out a message to the pubco’s songwriters wishing them health and safety amid the current disruption.

”Our teams around the world have fully transitioned to work from home status,” the message reads, “and I want to ensure you that our administration capabilities are fully operational remotely. With respect to the management of your copyrights, Sony/ATV is conducting business as usual.”

The message concludes: “We are committed to seamlessly delivering our services with a promise to protect your earnings and support your career.”
