TAG THEY'RE IT: SHAZAM'S BIGGEST MOVERS

Two songs from films, two TV placements and a track that appears in the trailer for a video game are the biggest movers in the Shazam USA Top 100 this week.

“Ruckus” (Good City), the new single from hip-hop trio Rhema Soul member Konata Small, appears in a trailer for Fortnite Chapter 2.

From film soundtracks, the list includes Bebe Rexha’s Maleficent: Mistress of Evil cut “You Can’t Stop the Girl” (Warner) and The Black Eyed Peas & J Balvin’s bi-lingual theme song for Bad Boys for Life, “RITMO” (Epic).

On TV, the third sync this year for Solomon Grey’s “Home” (Mercury KX) places it among the week’s biggest gainers. Used most recently in Starz’ Power, the Brit duo’s song first appeared in How to Get Away With Murder in tandem with its release in January. Natalie Taylor, who self-releases and has scored many TV placements, is among top movers with her cover of The Pretenders’ “I’ll Stand By You” that was featured in Grey’s Anatomy.

“Ruckus” and “Home” are getting thumbs to work overtime in the U.K., too. The biggest gainer is a 24-year-old dance track that provides the soundtrack to a video of man jumping out a car and dancing that has gone viral.
