LET'S HELP PEDRO

CAA's Pedro Ventura was visiting a club in Asheville, N.C., in early October when a shooter fired into the crowd. He sustained devastating injuries in the shooting; he has exceeded predictions for his recovery, but his medical bills are quite substantial. Fortunately, a GoFundMe page has been set up to help Pedro bear this considerable burden.

"Pedro is a fighter, a light in this world and a joy to all those who know him. He has always been a pioneer, a brave young man who has consistently defied expectations," reads the page, which was established by his partner, Ezra Glenn. Added CAA head of music Rob Light to Variety, "Pedro is a bright light in this world whose strength, character and tenacity inspire us every day.
