A SUPER DEBUT

K-pop supergroup SuperM has scored a #1 album with its first EP, The 1st Mini Album ‘SuperM’, making history as the first debut K-pop artist to launch at #1.

Their five-track EP was released as a joint venture between SM Entertainment and Capitol Music Group with distribution via Caroline.

Capitol Music Group Chairman & CEO Steve Barnett congratulated the group and producer Soo-Man Lee, before saying “This is only the beginning. There’s lots more to come from SuperM.”

SuperM has been enjoying their stay in Hollywood while being warned to not get too close to the costumed Supermen and Wonder Women for fear of running into a HITS editor.
